Wetin happen be say, Al-Mustapha wey be former Chief Security Officer to late military ruler, General Sani Abacha, don dey follow this case wey concern Kudirat Abiola since e happen. Kudirat, wey be wife of Chief MKO Abiola, wey suppose win June 12, 1993 election, na her murder carry this gbege come. E happen for Lagos on June 4, 1996, as people dey vex for the annulment of that election.
Justice Uwani Aba-Aji wey dey judge this matter no gree hear any story as she talk say Lagos State actually pack their matter for ground since 2014. Dem give dem opportunity to file appeal, but dem no show face. Counsel to Al-Mustapha, Mr. Paul Daudu (SAN), come turn am to joke as e tell court say Lagos State no get time to file anything. E mean say dem no dey interested again.
Wetin dey vex Justice Aba-Aji pass na say Lagos State no even bother to come answer as dem don receive notice since 2020! Nine years no be small time o! I no go lie, the whole matter don cover almost thirtieth years since Kudirat Abiola sabi her end. Na serious thing wey suppose make government do wetin dem fit do, but as e be, na the Supreme Court don close the chapter anyhow.
