According to Marwa, na serious gbege wey dem don put for ground for drug barons and traffickers. E no go be like say Nigeria be their playground again, as dem don really send serious message say dis drug wahala no dey fly again for our land. Imagine, na 128 drug barons dem don catch, wey dey play major roles for all dis drug businesses wey dey destroy our youth and society!
Omo, e sweet my belle as I hear say dem don secure 14,225 convictions in this koko time. Dis one go make people wey dey think say dem fit dey do drug anyhow know say the law dey watch dem. Marwa dey talk say dem don disrupt local and international drug supply chains wey dey operate like say na “easy money” wey dey ground. No be so e dey go again! NdleA dey show say drug criminals no fit sleep well for night again.
But e no end for arrest and seizure o! NDLEA dey also work to reduce drug demand by helping people wey don fall hand for drug matter. Dem don help over 32,442 people with counselling, treatment, and rehabilitation fit make dem waka come out from that trenches wey drugs don put dem. This one na positive move wey show say dem care about public health.
Dem still do sensitisation work wey reach 13,735 events around Nigeria – schools, markets, motor parks, even churches! Na sure say dem dey try bring awareness to how drugs fit spoil life, and we go keep dey see more of this kind chukwudi for ground.
Marwa still acknowledge the President, Bola Tinubu, as him extend im tenure for another five years. Him gree say this one go give dem chance to continue the fight against drug trafficking.
