Former Senate President Dr Abubakar Saraki no fit hide him sorrow as he yarn say the late Imam na true spiritual leader wey dedicate him life to service and knowledge. Saraki talk say Sheikh Salihu na big man for the Muslim community, wetin lead for over 40 years on top that big chair, they call the mimbar.

Sheikh Salihu dey regarded as one of the finest scholars wey carry Ilorin for head when e come to Islamic learning and jurisprudence. Saraki describe am as rare gem wey shine for Ilorin, Kwara, and beyond, saying him strong preachings always promote peace, unity, and discipline among the community.

“If you no respect Sheikh, you no respect wetin e stand for,” na wetin Saraki talk about the late Imam wey serve as Chairman of Kwara State Council of Ulama. E no only dey guide worshippers, e dey show dem correct way to follow.

Saraki share him own personal experiences with the Imam too, saying na like father and son dem dey relate. “Him prayers and advice don touch my life well-well, as my family dey benefit from him wisdom all through the years,” Saraki talk.
