This man wey born for Ilorin, Kwara State, na real scholar. E no just sabi book, but e dedicate im life to teach and serve the people wey dey Ilorin Emirate. From di time wey dem point am as di 12th Chief Imam in 1983, na so e take hold di position for over 40 years. Na serious run!
Sheikh Saliu no just sit down as Imam. Him use im deep knowledge for Islam take lead pipo dem to understand better, make peace and unity dey among Muslims and even non-Muslims. E be like sunshine wey dey shine bright for people wey dey around am.
When news of im passaway spread, wahala jam everywhere. Di Ilorin Emirate and di whole Muslim community don dey mourn. People dey show the kind respect wey dem get for this man wey spend im life teaching, leading, and preaching peace.
