Dr. Kayode Ajulo, wey be the chairman of Anti-Land Grabbing Task Force and also Attorney General for the state, yarn dis one on Saturday as dem gather for Akure. E talk say anybody wey wan carry land wrongfully go face wetin dem dey call full weight of the law without chance to escape. Na 2026 wey dem don declare as year wey land grabbers go face their wahala!
Ajulo dey gree us say dem don compile list of all the notorious land grabbers dem. I mean the people wey don turn land grabbing to their daily business. E talk say this year no go be like before, as dem don ready to pursue dem track down proper! If you dey live for Ondo State and you dey plan to do illegal land sales or you dey intimidate correct land owners, just know say worse go happen to you.
This task force no dey smile at all! Dem don emphasize say dem no go take any nonsense from anybody. This one na serious matter for all the wahala people wey dey play with land. Ajulo don make am clear say 2026 go shine like bright sun for dem wey don dey vex since. This Naija wey we dey, land no be joke!
And as dem dey make this big move, some farmers for Oluwa Forest Reserve don show say dem no go fit suffer from land grabbing again. Last December, dem don carry placard go Governor’s Office to talk their own side of the story for the harassment wey dem dey face from land grabbers. Dem no fit enter their farmlands again, despite say dem don get legal papers for the land!
The government no wan hear say land grabbing don scatter anybody farm plot o! Dem dey call on all the residents make dem open their eye well well and help the government catch those wey dey act like king for land matter.
Ajulo dey hail Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for the steps wey e don take to protect people against land frauds through the Ondo State Properties Protection and Its Documentation Law, 2024. Dis law dey criminalize land grabbing and wahala wey dey follow.
As the year don begin, any land grabber wey dey think say e fit continue to dey shifty for Ondo State just know say them dey ready with full force! Dem don warn say e no go be jerry-jerry as dem don cast eye on illegal land activities. If you be land grabber, just take time, e go better make you stop to run for the eyes of the law, before dem catch you
