Only 5% of companies wey dey get private capital for Africa na women wey start am, and just 11% dey run the company as CEO. But where you see women dey lead, e dey sweet! Female-founded companies dey employ average of 48% women and dem don see 50% revenue growth from 2023 to 2024. Mix-gender teams dey perform even better wiht 46% women and dem no dey carry last as dem record highest revenue while growing 40% over the same time.
