For one emotional video wey she post for her Instagram page, Yewande yarn how she dey bleed serious when she dey carry her first pikin. She say dem rush am go hospital, and na there she sabi say she dey lose the baby. “A few years ago, I remember it was 2013. I was pregnant at the time,” she talk.
As she reach hospital, dem confirm say the pregnancy don pack up, and dem tell her say she go need evacuation by the next morning. “They told me the baby had died and we needed to do an evacuation,” she go on, dey recount how the news scatter her. This babe don really feel the pain wey come with losing baby, oh!
Biko, imagine say dis na your first pregnancy, and dem dey tell you say you go feel pain for evacuation! Yewande dey fear that one too, as she dey sob all through the night. “I was also afraid of the evacuation process that was going to be done for me,” she talk. Na deep wahala, my people.
But, wait make I tell you how God dey operate. As she dey sleep, she dream of one man wey wear white, looking like doctor. Na so the man come tell am say, “It is time.” Yewande con ask, “For what?” and the man reply say, “For your evacuation process.” Dis na serious dream o, and no be small!
When she wake up from the dream, she dey feel something for her body. “I felt a heavy push in my bowel,” she say. Before you know am, she don waka go bathroom, where e go shock you say the miscarriage don complete without any medical help. “As soon as I got into the bathroom, the baby that died fell to the ground,” she talks, no be small thing!
Later, when doctors check am, dem confirm say she no need evacuation again. “When the doctors came, they did a scan, and they said there would be no need for an evacuation because the baby was no longer there,” Adekoya explain. Na God dey work! She no fit talk say God no dey after this kind experience, my people.
As she dey reflect on wetin happen, Yewande share how the whole experience deepen her faith. “So I asked him, can you confidently say there is no God?” She dey sure say God na correct guy because the way e take handle her wahala no be ordinary. “I cannot come out and say there is no God because I have experienced a lot of things that I know are not ordinary,” she conclude.
