Even the report no leave us empty-handed, they talk say only 175 meters fit fall under Meter Acquisition Fund while just 131 meters dey under DisCo Financed framework. As e be, by the end of September 2025, only 6,661,564 out of 12,030,315 Naija customers don receive meter. Na wah o!
