This year, from January 8 to April 18, na so dem go run these classes twice for in-person sessions. E go dey happen for evenings and weekends so everybody fit join. But make you no waste time, register quick because space dey fill like local jollof rice for party!
Dem dey teach people about Community Emergency Response Team training (CERT) wey go make you ready to help yourself, your family and your people once disaster land. Think am, first responders fit dey busy with serious matters when fire wahala come, so na you go be your own hero!
And listen well, if you fit miss class, just cancel your spot sharp sharp, make another person fit take the chance – no dey block any lane wey go fit help person!
For these classes, you go learn how to provide first aid, stop fire before e start, and help your community stand strong for emotional resilience. Imagine say fire don burn your area and na you carry the heavy load help people find survivors – chaa, street gists go dey sweet!
Plus, you go fit meet fire department workers, other enthusiasts, instructors and community members wey dey share same goal: to make life better when fire dey misbehave. This na community matter, and wetin we go learn na real skills wey we go carry go house!
This initiative dey important, especially when you consider say fire no dey respect person or property. Lessons wey we learn go turn everybody into fire safety soldiers wey ready to protect their homes.
