Wetin happen be say Pedro dey play ball for Uwa Primary School when dem storm the pitch like army wey wan fight war. Dem accuse am say he dey disrespect the Oba, wey dey vex dem! Dem for no collect this gbege from am, as Pedro no fit defend himsef from boys wey wan show muscle.

The Benin Traditional Council don come out with statement wey show say Na them no authorize that kind of wahala. Frank Irabor, wey be their Secretary, don talk say, ‘No be our Oba dey send dem.’ Na so e go! Oba Ewuare II suppose be father to everybody, no be to dey order beating and embarrassment. Na wetin dem dey call peace-loving monarch!

Dem even warn the youth say make dem no dey take laws into their hands. E no matter wetin dey happen, law na law! E go beta if dem let security agencies handle gbege like dis. But you know how e be, social media don dey spread rumour like breeze. Council don urge everybody make dem check wetin dem dey post, no be everything wan trend for internet na correct.

Rumour don spread say Pedro dey act like ‘Oghionoba’, meaning enemy for the Oba. No be small wahala! E no even end for there, because some people wey dey drag am go palace na youths wey dey loyal to the Traditional Council. As dem drag Pedro, dem dey shout all kinds of insults.
