This year na di 35th edition and Morocco dey show dem self as host country. Dem go use nine venues across six cities, wey get everything from sweet jollof rice to beautiful beaches. No be small excitement we dey talk about so!
Di tournament go follow group stage format, as in six groups get four teams each. After dem finish di group stage, di top two teams, plus four best third-placed teams, go enter knockout stage. Na so we go fit know who go carry di trophy go home!

Originally, di tournament suppose hold between June and July, but they change am to December to avoid clashes with European competitions and di newly expanded FIFA Club World Cup. Na history dis, dey never hold AFCON for dis time of di year before!
For kick-off, Morocco go meet Comoros for di opening match on December 21. Di final go happen on January 18 for Rabat. All eyes go dey on dem as we dey wait to see who go shine!
