According to the Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, dem don talk say all gated streets go open from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for this festive period. Na so dem wan ease traffic flow as plenty people dey travel and enjoy holiday jollification!
Oluwaseun no just stop for that one. E still drop say anybody wey get gate for public road, wey dem no approve, go need remove am sharp sharp within seven days. E clear say this move dey line up with the state THEMES+ Agenda, wey dey focus on making Lagos beta for everybody.
“We dey put our mind for free flow of traffic and safety for Lagos people,” he yarn. This man wey dey wear agbada, sabi wetin e dey talk. Lagos people don sabi say security dey important, but e no fit block road wey go allow car pass. Na just madness!
Traffic dey show face plenty because holiday season dey as tourism and commercial activities don dey rise. Everybody wan enter streets go enjoy holidays, so e go make sense if road no dey blocked. The ministry don promise say dem go put enforcement measures in place to make sure say everyone fit enter and comot for gated areas smoothly, so wahala no go dey for anybody, especially during this festive time.
