Na for the 50th Alumni Anniversary and the combined 35th and 36th Convocation Ceremony wey happen for Jos on 12th December 2025, the award land for him neck.
For the letter, Akume yarn say this recognition no be just one alumni shake-hand thing, but e show as Amupitan don dey impact the nation well well. Na him dey run this INEC business with plenty legal brain and good heart.
Amupitan na homeboy for Uni Jos, e study law there, complete e LL.B. for 1987, and since then, e don build strong academic profile. Na so dem promote am to Professor of Law for 2008. Akume praise am say dis award dey celebrate him good work and how him dey carry the name of University of Jos for head.
Wetin dey sweet for dis matter be say, Amupitan no just dey shine for INEC. E get plenty brain matter wey don make am Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) since 2014. E don write over 50 books on top law, governance, and even as e fit manage election wahala for Nigeria.

The Federal Government dey hope say dis recognition go push am to do more for Nigeria. Akume even pray for am say make e dey healthy, wise, and successful in all him gbege. Dis ‘Great Ambassador’ award na correct level, as na only those wey don reach top and still dey carry ethical matter for head fit collect am.
