Sufyan Bala, wey na the chairman of ADC for Kebbi, don talk say dis detention na pure political witch-hunt wey dey fly past everywhere. He yarn say EFCC don turn from law enforcement agency into law itself. Na wetin be dis?

Sufyan go on say, ‘Dem don turn law wey suppose dey enforce into as dem like, like say na dem create am.’ E no go well for person wey suppose get provision under the Constitution to enjoy im rights. As e dey be, na small small, dem go begin use arm to scare people wey no dey follow dem queue!’

Malami, wey don post for many high positions for government, dey here dey fight for im name as EFCC dey hold am for matter wey dem no even charge am formally. The party dey claim say na just to make sure say opposition no fit shine for the elections. Bala say, ‘We no go fit allow anybody to stop us from our rights as citizens. Democracy no fit survive under fear and intimidation.’

Na so wahala come reach there make dem dey accuse EFCC say dem dey bias. Dem even mention how law enforcement agencies dey misuse power to suppress voice of the people. Bala dey talk say dem sure say this detention no be accident, but rather play to make sure peculiars no fit challenge the ruling party.

Even as dem dey push ADC members to hold strong, Bala no forget to remind them say na dem be the voice wey go carry the fight against bad governance come 2027 elections. He sure say, ‘If we no fight back now, wetin go remain for the country?’

Na so the ADP dey call for Malami immediate release, say no be abomination for a respected citizen to face the law without fear. Dem wan make sure say EFCC no dey play politics with law enforcement work.
