COAS Don Give Wounded Soldiers Beta Hope for Medical Care

Kaduna, Nigeria – E be like say the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Waidi Shaibu, dey show serious concern for our soldiers wey don chop injury for battlefield. As e land for 44 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital for Kaduna on Friday, 21 November 2025, na him first operational tour wey carry am go see the wounded troops wey dey recover from their injuries.

During this visit, General Shaibu no just come to greet dem, but he come carry better assurance for dem say the Army go make sure say dem get all the medical care wey dem fit need to recover well. E talk say, “I don dey this same place before, so I sabi wetin una dey face.” (Na correct person wey understand pain).

The COAS no dey play with our soldiers, as he commend dem for their bravery. He hail dem, call dem true symbols of courage, and talk say dem fit rest well because dem dey under beta care. He even urge dem make dem follow the treatment plans as dem dey recover, no use sharp corners this time.

General Shaibu no just stop for hospital visit. E also show say e get eye for the soldiers wey dey active fight for our security as e later visit Headquarters Sub-Sector 4 for Operation FANSAN YAMMA. E check on their morale, chat with dem, and carry body go assess how e go fit boost their spirits before dem continue to dey face wahala wey dey come from insurgents. (No be small matter oh, but dem dey try!)

Na bridging the gap between leadership and soldiers na wetin dey motivate General Shaibu. He talk say the welfare of our troops and their families go always dey top priority for him leadership. E assure say dem go continue to upgrade the hospital facilities to make sure say beta equipment dey land to help with surgery and all the medical naija palava wey dey scatter ground.

As e dey take necessary steps to ensure say the wounded soldiers dey enjoy the best of care, e shout-out to Brigadier General Godwin Ogoh, the medical director, and all the hospital staff. Dem dey perform like champions! No easy work, but dem dey shine well well for their service.

This visit na big sign say the Nigerian Army no dey play with the health and welfare of their men. Na serious mata and we dey hope say dem go fulfill all the promises wey dem don make to these gallant men and women as dem dey recover.
