Sawyerr talk say dis closure no be wahala but to help dem finalize pending applications and supply onye students dem upkeep payments. No worry, dem go open di portal back for new applications from second week of October to January 2026. So, fresh students, gather your materials; your time soon come!
But make we no forget d major gist: institutions wey no go verify students’ records go face public shame! As Sawyerr talk am, any school wey no meet di October 8 deadline go end up for public listing over non-compliance. Chai! No school wan carry dis kind wahala for head.
For di students wey don apply for di ongoing session, if your school no verify your application after di deadline, you go need to reapply for di next session. E get as e be, but truth be say, no school fit rescue you if dem no do wetin dem suppose do!
Sawyerr also say di upkeep payments, wey dey give students, go continue until November, but dem must reapply for 2025/2026 to still enjoy di money wey dey come. Presently, di allowance na ₦20,000 monthly, but no be time to raise am yet. Although, dem dey look into di cost of living to see if adjustments fit happen later. So, hold tight!
