Moove Bows Out Of Nigeria, Gives Customers N35bn Vehicles Free

Moove, one global mobility company wey dem found for Lagos, don announce say e go end operations for Nigeria.

As part of how e wan take comot, the company wey dem found six years ago, talk say e go transfer full ownership of eligible vehicles wey worth about N35 billion to customers wey dey already with am, and e no go cost dem anything.

Customers wey affected go collect full ownership of the vehicles, and from October 1, 2026, dem no go need to pay Moove any more money.

The company talk say the move na part of plan to conclude its Nigerian operations while making sure say eligible customers keep the vehicles wey dem don dey use under its financing model.

Ladi Delano and Jide Odunsi na dem found Moove, and the company build its business around providing vehicle financing and mobility solutions to drivers.

Moove start operation for Nigeria six years ago and e expand by financing vehicles for drivers, especially those wey dey work on ride-hailing platforms.

Daily Trust report say the transfer of the vehicles mean say eligible customers go receive assets wey together value reach about N35 billion without paying extra money to the company.

Moove na global mobility fintech company wey don expand its operations across several markets, dey provide vehicle financing and other mobility-related services.
