Obi make di pledge on Monday for town hall meeting wey dem organise for Obi/Kwankwaso presidential ticket for Sokoto.
He talk say corruption na major challenge wey di country dey face, and im administration, if elected, go tackle corruption for all sectors.
Obi yarn say, People dey talk about subsidy but wetin e be na corruption. If we remove corruption, I assure you say we go bring back subsidy. Di problem of Nigeria na corruption, so if elected, we go stop all forms of corruption for every sector of di country.
Obi urge Nigerians say make dem use 2027 general elections vote for NDC candidates for all levels, and he describe di task to solve di country challenges as collective responsibility.
He talk say di party commit to wetin he call politics of care and service to Nigerians.
Di former Anambra governor show concern over di economic situation and talk say if elected, he go deploy di country resources to improve security, education and other sectors.
Obi talk say, Education na our number one priority after unity and security.
He also pledge say he go connect all state capitals with railway lines to make economic activities easy and promote development.
Also, di NDC vice-presidential candidate, Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso, talk say di visit na to engage with residents of Sokoto and seek their support ahead of 2027 elections.
Kwankwaso, former Kano State governor, talk say di delegation earlier visit di Sultan of Sokoto, who, according to him, pray for di success of di Obi/Kwankwaso ticket and convey im goodwill.
