Visa, Mastercard Agree Pay $167.5M For ATM Surcharge Settlement

Visa and Mastercard don agree to pay one combined $167.5 million class action settlement. The settlement na to resolve claims say the two companies violate federal and state antitrust laws by stopping independent ATM operators from charging different ATM surcharges.
