Burkina don already dematerialize several dozen services and more than one hundred platforms like SIGED, CIM, CIM-EXT and SYCAD. But for di end, dem still dey print di document wey dem submit online, carry am, wait for handwritten signature of minister wey fit dey mission or no dey available.
Di Director General of Agence Nationale de Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information, ANSSI, present di platform. E stand on three pillars. First na authentication: we know with certainty who sign. FasoSign concretize law 045-2009 of 10 November 2009 on electronic transactions and its application decrees. Electronic signature get same legal value as handwritten signature.
Prime Minister Ouédraogo talk say: «FasoSign no suppose be option, e must be obligation to ensure administration wey dey function modern, wey dey give quality services to citizens and especially with speed.» He order all ministries and institutions to establish rigorous chronogram for vulgarization and adoption.
