Touyon no mince words. She talk say: ‘We no understand dia obstination. Dem don give money to redo di circulation network inside Marseille. Why for 7e arrondissement and not for di Quartiers Nord? Dem need am pass us!’
Di activist also yan about parking problem. She say future ‘sorties de parking difficiles’ go affect residents for streets wey perpendicular to di tramway extension.
Françoise, one woman wey born inside 7e, come out for di march. She talk: ‘Look rue de Rome. True, we get fine tramway, but di street don dead.’
For her, coming to di mobilization na important thing. She talk say: ‘La circulation na one thing, but di rest still dey.’
She add: ‘Dem tell us say dem go replant about 470 trees. I go like see dem. Not to talk of plenty buildings near Abbaye Saint-Victor wey go spoil.’
