Six Family Members Including Two Pikin Rescued Alive From Collapsed Building For Ilorin

For Ilorin, Kwara State, six members of one family, including two pikin, don rescue alive from rubble of three-storey building wey collapse for early hours of Tuesday.

According to eyewitness wey talk to SaharaReporters around 10:18am, six people don already rescue as emergency responders continue to search for other victims. The rescue operation begin shortly after the collapse, with men of Fire Service and community members join hand to remove the debris.

First set of rescue see the father of the family and one child com out alive. Later, four family members – father, mother, and two children – all com out alive. The mother na im dem carry go hospital for medical attention, while the remaining victims dey alive.

Another child still com out later, wey make the total survivors five. Then, as rescue operation continue, dem reach six people. Videos and photos from the scene show Fire Service personnel dey carry one girl from the rubble.
