Persita Tangerang don ready for new season 2026/2027 with high hopes and fresh jersey. The club wey dem dey call Pendekar Cisadane, dem know say this season na crucial moment to prove themselves for top flight Indonesian football. Since dem bin found on 9 September 1953, Persita never taste national title. Their best finish na runner-up for Liga Indonesia in 2002.
Last season, Persita finish for 10th position for BRI Super League 2025/2026, result wey no sweet fans. Management want make dem improve and compete for top. Dem don set target for coach Carlos Pena and players like Hokky Caraka. But e no go easy. For new season, Persita don launch two new jerseys. The home jersey na dark purple with gold and white, wey dem call The Royal Fortress. Purple na symbol of identity and loyalty, gold na ambition and glory. The away jersey na white with maroon and orange, wey dem call The Journey Beyond Home. E dey show say even when dem travel, their spirit dey burn.
The two jerseys na continuation of “Kulit Naga” concept from last season, wey dem take from Dragon Boat tradition. E don evolve to represent armor of soldiers wey don go through many battles. The main theme na “kebangkitan” or awakening. Dem no just copy old design, dem transform am to show say club dey adapt to new challenges.
Both jerseys get special jacquard pattern wey combine three elements: flow of Kali Cisadane, silhouette of fortress, and tongue of fire from torch. The pattern get optical illusion, from far e look like waves, from middle e show fortress, from near e show fire. Inside collar, dem write “1953” to remind people of club’s birth year. Home jersey get V-neck, away jersey get rounded collar. Also inside, dem put slogan “Bound by Loyalty, Driven by Victory”. Loyalty wey don tie club, players and supporters since 1953, and victory wey go push dem forward.
