According to di Presidency, Enitan wey come from Osun State, na di most senior Permanent Secretary for di Federal Civil Service right now. He don serve as Permanent Secretary for seven years and seven months, during which time he work for Ministry of Police Affairs, Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, and di Office of di Vice President. For now, he be di Permanent Secretary for di Federal Ministry of Education.

Enitan na born on December 12, 1966. He attend Ajibode Grammar School for Ibadan, and College of Arts and Science for Ile-Ife, before he go University of Lagos where he graduate for 1988 with Bachelor of Science degree for Finance and Banking. For 2015, he obtain Master of Science degree for Public Policy Analysis from Nasarawa State University, Lafia.
